NURTURING TOMORROWS TALENT
Change is constant and that coupled with times of economic uncertainty, it has never been so important for companies to transform their recruitment and development practices to fairly select and continuously grow tomorrow’s talent.
We think creatively and diversely to help our clients set up and transform their future talent programmes whether this be for early careers (kickstarters, trainees, graduates, interns, apprentices) or to support people back to work (returners, ex-military, the unemployed, under-employed, refugees).
Our core services are outlined below, and if you can’t see what you need, feel free to get in touch for a chat.
The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to create new job placements for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment. You will receive government funding for:
- £1500 per person to help with set up and training costs
A Kickstart Scheme application must be for a minimum of 30 job placements, if you have less than 30 please get in touch as Tomorrow's Talent can help.

NEW FUTURE TALENT PROGRAMMES
If you are setting up a new future talent programme Tomorrow's Talent can support you. Whether this be an early careers or re-skilling programme we can help you to define your strategy, build your business case, design and implement your attraction strategy, recruitment process, onboarding and development programmes so that your desired outcomes are achieved.

IMPLEMENTING APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMMES
The apprenticeship landscape is complex and continuously evolving, Tomorrow's Talent can provide guidance on how apprenticeships work and how they can help people into employment, support your talent strategy and boost business growth. We can help you identify the right apprenticeship standard, choose the right training provider, design and deliver your recruitment process and help you with the funding arrangements.
If your company has an annual pay bill of more than £3m you will be paying 0.5% of your pay bill into the Apprenticeship Levy which can be used to fund the training.
With the government's recent announcement you can now receive up to an additional £2k for each apprentice you recruit. This is in addition to the employer NI savings and £1k if you recruit a 16-18 year old.
