Steph Bishop the founder of Tomorrow's Talent, a Strategic Future Careers Talent Consultant with over 20 years’ experience spanning across the future talent life cycle. Works in partnership with clients to develop bespoke solutions to successfully attract, recruit, develop and retain tomorrow's talent.
Proud to have delivered award winning, innovative early careers and career changer programmes at Capgemini which clearly demonstrates the value that future talent can bring to an organisation. She also managed RPO teams at Alexander Mann Solutions designing and delivering graduate recruitment for multiple clients and also led the university campus team at IBM. Steph has extensive experience in creating immersive, engaging, efficient recruitment processes that reduce costs and which delight candidates and stakeholders. She is excited to be now able to use this experience gained across a variety of companies and sectors to help her clients achieve their future talent ambitions.

Trish Driver is the founder and CEO of A New Normal Ltd , our diversity and inclusion partner.
Trish is a strategist with over 15 years’ experience working with clients across a wide range of sectors to achieve true culture change – both in-house, and as a consultant. She is a youth mentor and qualified coach, completing her training at Henley Business School, and a regular keynote speaker on all matters diversity and inclusion. She was selected for NatWest’s prestigious Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme.
